Get Involved This is a critical time for academic freedom in the United States and we must work together to let our politicians and university administrators know that we do not support the squelching of independent voices. Together, our voices will be heard. The minds of future generations depend upon what we do today and we need your help! How You Can Help SIGN THE OPEN LETTER ON THE COLUMBIA CONTROVERSY This letter was drafted by Columbia University faculty members to encourage the University administration to hold firm against the attacks on the University and on MEALAC. After initially gathering 46 signatures, the letter was delivered to University President Lee Bollinger. We now have many more signatures and invite all other members of the Columbia community to join us in signing this letter. As more signatures are collected, we will send the letter again to President Bollinger. |
