117th St. and Broadway

MONDAY, MAY 2ND -- 7 PM

Mansour Mansour is the local coordinator for the ISM, a
Palestinian-led movement dedicated to nonviolent resistance
to the Occupation, and the Popular Committee Against the
Wall in Biddu, a small farming community outside Jerusalem.
Biddu has been at the center of nonviolent resistance to the
building of the Separation Wall, having held over 50
demonstrations and influenced an Israeli Supreme Court
decision that held against the Wall as it was planned.  The
Wall in its current plan is set to cut off more than 50% of
Biddu's land and completely encircle Biddu and surrounding
villages, cutting them off from both Jerusalem and Ramallah,
their economic, educational and religious centers.
